Kilkenny Jacket looks great and is a quality made Jacket. Customer service from Miles and the team has been excellent. Minor ammendment was required and this was completed promptly without any fuss. They just wanted the Jacket to be perfect for me. I would highly recommend. Thank you

First of all, let me just say that the kilts look great! I started out to replace some cheap Scottish Festival poly viscose kilts that have been purchased in the past. HUGE difference! I ordered a Galloway Tartan. I received a quick reply from St. Kilda, asking for specifics regarding pleating to the stripe/sett etc. Having very little knowledge on the matter, they guided me with pictures so I would make the best choice. The material and craftsmanship were A+ as well as the communication. Since I had already one Kilt in the works, I browsed their clearance/made to measure and found a Patriot pattern I liked for a 8 yd. kilt, for the price I paid for a 5 yard kilt. I messaged St. Kilda. Not only did they add it to my order, they also finished it with my original order to ship at the same time. I am impressed by both the quality, craftsmanship, shipping time and cost. I don't see a lot of online reviews, but Trustpilot is who they recommend to leave a review with. If you are on the fence, you can't go wrong.

Immediate response to my order, same-day dispatch and overnight delivery - so what could be better? In addition, I had email confirmation of my order, and updates as to its dispatch and delivery status, so excellent there, too. Although inexpensive (the order totalled just £26) my experience is clearly St Kilda's usual customer service, which is a model many online retailers would do well to copy. I would never hesitate to recommend them, and I know a good number of other customers who feel the same.
