Jordy at your Silverlink branch is a credit to the company. Courteous, friendly, helpful and not pushy. Only couple of things that were a negative were the valeting of the car leaves a lot to be desired and the constant emails, phone calls and voice calls from your head office regarding the gap insurance- before I’d even bought the car and I was expecting a call near 6pm today which had been arranged but got a call at just after 9 this morning. Couple of slight things that I will speak to Jordy when I talk to him on follow up call.

I have recently purchased a new Toyota Yaris from Stoneacre Northallerton. The service I received was first class from start to finish. All members of the sales department whom I met were most helpful however particular praise must be given to Maya Dodsworth. Maya was a delight to deal with. She was professional, caring and courteous and is a credit to the team. I was kept fully informed with regard to delivery etc of the car and could not fault the care I received. I would definitely recommend calling into Stoneacre Northallerton if you are thinking of changing your car, you will not be disappointed with the service you receive from them. Thank you.

Really helpful. I travelled over 200 miles to get the car we needed. Having not bought car through a lease or PCP system it it was all a bit different. They were so helpful making sure I had the right information and reducing hassle from explaining processes or picking me up from the train station. They wanted you to have a good experience not but a sale. Quite refreshing really!

The staff were very friendly but could yake a wile to get back to you or forget to call you back. The one thing that I find outrageous is we had to pay 300 pounds for delivery. The car was driven from hull to Wolverhampton and then Wolverhampton to Bournemouth adding nealy 300 miles before we even got the car from purchasing it the car was not clean on the outside become it was driven to us and was nealy empty on fuel for 300 pounds it should have been pristine and no extra miles should of been driven it should of been transported on a truck
