Fraudulent behavior - they took my money.

I placed an order on February 23 this year, valued around 350 EUR, and paid with my credit card. They made no progress on the order. I requested a cancellation, which they agreed to, but they haven’t refunded my money despite numerous reminders. Their customer service is poor, often providing excuses instead of solutions. It’s been two months since the cancellation. Unacceptable!
