Well pleased. Using the optimoroute was really handy and we were ready for the delivery. The two guys were very friendly and great at unloading the furniture. They were also very helpful and offered advice. A very positive experience.
As soon as I entered the tech department, I was greeted by a representative who asked if I needed assistance. They helped me smoothly with my purchase, and while they got my keyboard, I had a nice chat with the manager who was very approachable. Once they returned, I was guided to the service desk and asked if I found everything I needed. Overall, it was an outstanding experience with the team. After two challenging months with another provider, I will certainly return to this location.
