Fraudulent practices. The package containing exclusive prerelease items was not labeled correctly and was returned automatically. I can't reach anyone for help, and they refuse to reship the items.

Awful service – Damaged item and no response

My vinyl order was delayed by a month. When it finally arrived, it had a damaged corner. I contacted customer service twice but received no reply. Truly awful service—I'd recommend shopping elsewhere.

Order placed over a week ago...

I placed an order for an item over a week ago. I've emailed twice and received no response. I'm located in the same city from which they ship. It's absurd. I've gotten albums from the UK in under a week. Once I finally receive this order, I won't return. My credit card was charged the same day I ordered, but the item is still not shipped.
