It's been a week since I placed my laptop order, which was supposed to arrive in two days. No one from the support team has reached out with any updates. It's disappointing for a large company that customers have to leave reviews to get any attention. Is this a staffing issue, product availability, or management problem? If my laptop isn't delivered soon, please cancel my order and process a refund.
I had a dreadful experience with this third-party service. I placed an online order, and the product was delivered very late. When it finally arrived, the item was damaged and missing parts. After returning it, I contacted customer service daily about my refund and was told to wait 1-3 working days. After over 20 days, I still haven't received my refund. It's better to shop elsewhere. The lack of communication and support regarding the delay and damaged product is unacceptable. The overall service quality is extremely poor, and I am very disappointed. I cannot recommend this service unless they significantly enhance their delivery and quality control.

I had a very disappointing experience with this service. I ordered two laptop tables for AED 63 each, but after placing my order, the customer service informed me that the items were suddenly 'out of stock' and offered me the same product for AED 129 each instead. When I declined to pay the extra, they canceled my order without my consent. To make matters worse, I still haven't received my refund. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
