I purchased the Jet Blower 2.0 about three weeks ago after seeing it advertised, and I was initially skeptical. I've detailed my own cars for years using microfiber towels, worried about scratching my new ceramic coating. This product is genuinely impressive. The 160,000 RPM is no joke—it blasts water from every crevice, including mirrors and door handles. I timed myself and dried my entire sedan in under 6 minutes, which is incredible compared to the 20+ minutes it used to take with towels. The compatibility with my existing batteries saved me money. The battery life is solid—I did two full cars back-to-back on one battery and still had power left. It's also lighter than I expected, making it easier to hold for extended periods. The only downside is that it's quite loud (they claim 91 dB but it feels louder), so I wouldn't use it too early in the morning if you have close neighbors. But that’s a minor issue compared to its performance.
I bought the Jet Blower 2.0 from the service in May. It worked well for about three months, but after a minute or two of use, it dropped to half speed. I contacted customer support, and now six months later, they informed me there’s nothing they can do. Don’t waste your money on this product! It’s an expensive disappointment! Customer service is terrible and won’t assist you if issues arise. It wasn’t cheap!
Don't state that it is compatible with devises that it Isn't, And then respond that I have to buy the battery that apparently only works with! And apparently the 60 day warranty is not worth its word, It seams as if there is a lot of false advertising
I purchased the storm industry blower 2.0. This blower did not work from the second I bought it it was a defective unit and the company sold it to me knowing this. I've tried to dispute this charge with my credit card company yet somehow I am forced to pay for this item that was defective and they will not accept the return of.DO NOT BUY anything from this company they are scammers that are selling complete garbage.
I purchased the Storm Industries Jet Blower but it seems to be using up my fully charged DeWalt 20v battery in about 5 minutes!!! No Customer Service phone number, sent 3 emails within 10 days and was ignored all 3 times. Unfortunately for me, I used PayPal but should have used my Credit Card so I may dispute this charge. I will never purchase anythine ever from them and hope this helps someone else considering their product.
Do not buy from Storm Industries — they are a nightmare to deal with and their advertising is dishonest! The blower I ordered never arrived on the promised shipping date, and the tracking number they provided didn’t work. I emailed them five times with no response and called the US phone number twice — no answer. I was left completely in the dark. Two months later, the blower finally arrived — from China, not the USA as advertised. They claim their blowers are made in the USA, but they are not.On top of that, the blower I bought was supposed to work with a Bosch battery, but it did not. Their website failed to mention that it only fits a Bosch Pro Blue battery. After more unanswered emails, I was forced to spend an additional $300 to buy the correct Bosch battery and charger here in NZ.Storm Industries is unprofessional, unresponsive, and misleading. I strongly advise against buying from them. When this blower inevitably needs a replacement part, I will throw it out rather than deal with them again.
