Everything you hear and see is a lie. Website claims that their blower will dry a car in 5 minutes. I have a small sedan and after 20 minutes the car was still wet and I had to use a towel. They claim easy returns, also a lie. I returned my blower a month ago (2/2/2026) and still have no credit. I have had about 20 emails between myself and their customer service group. The last email on the 19th of February said they would prioritize my return. Today is the 27th of February, and no response or credit has been provided.
This is an excellent item, lightweight and user-friendly, compatible with various batteries. I received it promptly after placing my order and started using it right away. I highly recommend it for anyone dedicated to maintaining the appearance of their vehicle!
I have only positive things to say about this service; I have ordered five of their blowers for myself and friends/family. I’m very impressed with the RPMs and how effectively they blow away dust and snow, which is primarily what I’ve used them for. Highly recommend their products!
Order #6965 — How did it go? I received an email from the owner of the company, who should be aware that I have not received the product I ordered back in April 2025. Since then, I’ve received numerous emails stating that my order is “in Canada going through distribution.” I have been repeatedly assured that my order would be delivered, but it has never arrived. They have had my money since April 2025, and after months of delays and unfulfilled promises, I still have no product. This has been ongoing for months. I advise avoiding this company.
I purchased the Jet Blower 2.0 about three weeks ago after seeing it advertised, and I was initially skeptical. I've detailed my own cars for years using microfiber towels, worried about scratching my new ceramic coating. This product is genuinely impressive. The 160,000 RPM is no joke—it blasts water from every crevice, including mirrors and door handles. I timed myself and dried my entire sedan in under 6 minutes, which is incredible compared to the 20+ minutes it used to take with towels. The compatibility with my existing batteries saved me money. The battery life is solid—I did two full cars back-to-back on one battery and still had power left. It's also lighter than I expected, making it easier to hold for extended periods. The only downside is that it's quite loud (they claim 91 dB but it feels louder), so I wouldn't use it too early in the morning if you have close neighbors. But that’s a minor issue compared to its performance.
