Great product! Second time I have purchased through them and this time as a gift for someone else. Easy ordering, prompt delivery and great customer service because I ordered the wrong band width. They were prompt and easy to deal with. Will definitely purchase through them again.
I have had a terrific customer service with Sam from Strapify when a watch I bought approx 2 months earlier broke a link.
Sam got back to me the next business day and agreed that Strapify would exchange the band under warranty. He even said he would swap the size of the band to fit the new watch that I had recently bought!
