I ordered some ties for an upcoming wedding but when I received them a couple of weeks later, the colour shade was different to how the ties looked online. Despite them all still being in their original packaging, Hisdern will not refund me and have merely offered me 20% off of my next order. They actually suggested that I give the ties away to my friends and family so as not to ‘waste my time’…Beware of this company’s terrible refund policy before you place an order with them.
The sizes on ordering aren’t clear. If you change a color, it automatically resets the size to small. I accidentally ordered a small shirt first. I immediately contacted the company via email to request that they cancel that order, well in time before they even had a chance to ship it. They didn’t respond to my email for several days, and they mailed my shirt anyway, and then offered me a 20% discount on my next order compensate.
