This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have ever had. First, they failed to deliver my package properly. After the unsuccessful delivery, the order was returned. I then received an email clearly stating that my refund would be processed within 15 days.

It has now been more than three weeks and I am still waiting for my money!!!!!!

Trying to communicate with customer service is almost impossible. You do not receive proper answers. Instead, you get standard template emails and an AI chat that is completely useless and does not address the actual problem. There is no real support, no transparency, and no accountability.

When a company confirms receipt of a returned order and promises a refund within a specific timeframe, customers should not have to chase their own money for weeks.

Avoid Ordering from This Online Store

Avoid ordering from this online store. Their customer service is virtually non-existent and feels fraudulent. They rely on automated bots, the phone line is unreachable, and emails go unanswered. Timely delivery is a myth; my expensive purchase remains in 'Preparing shipment' status with no actual dispatch. A tracking number hasn't even been created. Other customers also report that the customer service is completely unresponsive to emails, calls, and web forms. Refunds can be delayed for months or not processed at all after returns.

Very disappointed with my purchase

I am very disappointed with my experience. I purchased a bag from a well-known brand, and the quality is shockingly inadequate for the price. Shortly after buying it, the logo fell off, and now the edges are peeling, making the bag look cheap and unusable. Even worse than the faulty product is the lack of customer service. I have been trying to resolve this issue since September, and it has been over three months with no response to my emails and no solutions offered. They are quick to take your money but completely ignore you when their products fail. Save your money and peace of mind—avoid buying from this brand until they improve their customer treatment and resolve their manufacturing problems.

Nonexistent customer support

I took an item to the drop-off point for a return. There is no tracking, and the courier still hasn’t collected it. The company won’t respond to emails or calls. I am down £50 :( and it looks unlikely I’ll be able to resolve this, making it impossible to reach anyone.

First order never processed

My first order was never processed after ten days. I contacted customer support and received a generic email saying: Hi first name, we will get back to you soon. (Such a lack of professionalism; the company doesn't even ensure its customer support systems function properly to recognize the name of the customer contacting them.) After two days, I received an email stating my order was canceled without any prior notification at all! All without ever receiving a response. Fast forward, I made another order the following month, and it took twelve days to get processed (only after I sent an email, which was never answered). Shipping time was four days, totaling sixteen days, contrary to what they state on their website. Now the best part? The return label included with the order says: PRINTING ERROR, CONTACT YOUR ADMINISTRATOR FOR HELP, instead of their address for returns. I have NEVER encountered this level of incompetence from a company that doesn’t sell cheap clothes. What has happened to you? Everything seems to be falling apart. I used to make many orders years ago, and everything was perfect! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered two bags for over 160€ to Greece and did not receive them at all. I attempted every possible way to resolve this issue with the company, but the customer service is irresponsible and has ignored my attempts. As a result, I am taking legal action, as this is unacceptable as a customer. No money and no items.

Return issue remains unresolved

I bought two dresses that unfortunately do not fit and arranged a return through my account on December 14. I chose the option for the items to be collected from my home, with the courier providing the return label. However, I have received no confirmation or further communication regarding this return. Due to the lack of updates, I contacted customer support to explain the situation. I was told to arrange the return again via the website and print the label myself, despite explaining that this was not the option I originally selected. Unfortunately, I cannot change the return method on my account as the option is greyed out. I then asked customer support if they could simply email me the return label, which is all I need to send the items back. I have reached out to customer support at least five times, but the issue remains unresolved. I still have not received any clear information about when the parcel will be collected, nor do I have the ability to rearrange the return myself. I have since received a notification stating that my parcel will be collected, but no date or time was provided. Consequently, I do not know when to leave the parcel out or if I need to stay home to wait for the courier. It has been eight days since I first arranged the return, and there has been no progress. I would appreciate it if this matter could be resolved as soon as possible, either by emailing me a return label or by clearly confirming the date and time of the collection. I look forward to your prompt assistance.

Avoid this company. They sent me a confirmation that they had received my return, but I received no credit for it. They are now requesting my tracking number from months ago to confirm the return. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Two payments charged with no help received

I usually don't do this, but I see it as my last resort to contact customer service. During my order submission and payment, the system alerted me that one of the items in my basket was no longer available. I removed it and completed the payment, but both payments were deducted from my card, and no one is responding to me, despite being told it would take a few business days. I have submitted multiple requests in both languages because I don't know how else to reach you. Each time I try to follow up on my ticket, a new one is created, and I have no way to reach you. Some of the ticket numbers are 202512-01388581 and 202512-01407276. Please respond. Thank you.
