I attended a Success Resources event , MMI in Geneva (May 2–4, 2025) and paid a €600 deposit for their "Quantum Leap" program, which costs around €10,000. I was clearly told the deposit was fully refundable if I changed my mind within 14 days – which I did, in writing, on May 7.Despite multiple follow-ups and their written confirmation that my refund request was being processed (on May 26), I never received my money back. It's now over 2 months, and they’ve gone completely silent – no replies to emails, WhatsApp, or phone calls.I've submitted a chargeback request through my bank.This feels like a professional scam – taking large deposits under false "refund guarantees" and then ignoring clients. I strongly recommend others to be extremely cautious with this company.If Success Resources wants to fix this, they know how to reach me. Until then, this experience is unacceptable.
SCAM!!!! Be aware with this company. I purchased a set of courses during their Millionaire Mind Intensive in Frankfurt in April 2025, I unfortunately had to cancel it, and haven´t received my money back since then. I call them in their hotline which is not working, I sent several emails wihtout response, and I finally contacted a person called Jelena working for them, and all the time the same thing, she doesn´t know when will i get my money back and always trying to avoid the conversation, not answering, and not giving me any timeline to get my money. They scammed me 1,000 euros and they really don´t care about it. Horrible company, don´t purchase anything from them!
Paid to attend an event in person pre-covid which was then cancelled due to the pandemic. I have tried over the years to claim a refund but they have denied the refund everytime. They have also never rescheduled the event at the venue either they have had 4 years to do so!. Once they take your money that is it that dont care and will not give it back even though they have supplied nothing. Wonder why Tony Robbins is so rich? His company he operates is unscrupulous.If they cancel event then you should give a refund for that but they seem to think they are entitled to keep your money regardless.Stay away from this company and that Tony Robins and pals they are essentially a bunch of crooks, don't give them any of your money!I've emailed them again recently and they are now not responding to commencement of legal action to claim this money back.This company has no integrity.
It is now 5.2.25- the event starts on 11.3.25 and they still have not confirmed a location. All reasonably priced accommodation in a city like Madrid is long gone. They don't answer any queries on their abundance of ads on FB and Insta - and I mean NO RESPONSE at all for the hundreds of questions people have asked They take weeks to respond to any emails and say tge same to everyone ' they must have missed yours' and when they do eventually respond, they give you no answers at all. Just saying they'll let you know when they've booked a location. It's not even 5 weeks away! I have requested a full refund as if this is an indication of how it's run, I really don't want to waste my precious time, as well as money. There are many incredible seminars out there and I'd prefer to invest where professionals are. I will update when I get a response to the email sent today requesting a refund. Such a shame to have to post such a negative review. Update: I did receive a full refund after lucking out on who responded to my rather strongly worded final email. Thank you Anna Maria. It is still too late to book decent accomodation and travel tickets at a normal price now - but you restored my faith in the company. Turns out there was a blind spot on responding to questions on their ads, with no-one actually assigned to do that. She helped me make the decision to do the event online in April. I'll let y'all know how that went once attended. xx
I've attended to a Millionaire Mind Intensive Seminar in Cluj Napoca, Romania. It was great and I also joined Quantum Leap. I paid one of the installments through my business entity account. It took pretty long to get an invoice. More than this, they need to improve their leadership when it comes to Customer Service and Support. There is a lot of room for improvement in regards to this.
They know exactly what it takes,to make 3 days a life changing investment!and they did an amazing job!They life inner wealth and abundance, show you how to unleash your own inner wealth and why this is connected to money management and marketing,And they share it from heart to heart.
The MMI is a fantastic seminar with lots of great and important input to help you change your own thinking and your old habits about money!!! I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone...don't miss out on this opportunity for more growth!
