I wish I could give zero stars. The quality of these bags is terrible. They deteriorate quickly. I've been using one bag for less than a week, and the shoulder strap has already detached and the zipper has fallen off. A similar issue occurred with another bag I bought. Total junk.

This company is a scam. The advertising is misleading. When my handbag arrived, it was a cheap vinyl product, not the leather I paid for. The lining came apart after the first use. I've tried multiple times to get a refund with no success. I've reported this company to the relevant authorities.
