Signed a contract, paid a deposit, then they said they made a “mistake”, it will cost double.was hounded by the boss to negotiate, I refused and insisted they refund, they refused. Took it to VISA to dispute the contract and got my money back. Don’t get fooled by these people. AVOID

Excellent workforce

Excellent workforce. Alex worked on his own to replace my conservatory roof .Really worked hard very professional and extremely tidy. So pleased with end result.Martin who did the plastering was brilliant a messy job made to look to easy . Left everything clean and tidy as if they never been.

I underrated this company because

I underrated this company because. First to commence the sales representative, stated that it was his family business and led me to believe he was the boss.The questions I asked was if I needed planning permission, because of the gas flute outside. He said it wouldn't be a problem they can build the lean to structure without any problems. I ask if when I move if I can move the structure with me. He stated I could. So it's not a permanent fixture.. OK good.Then asked him if I could get this built before XmasHe said most definitely. He then went on to do a sketch, pricing and measurements. Once agreed he asked me to sign. Structure was to cost ten thousand and 200. 00 pounds. Without Vat. Because I'm except due to my disability. So the reason for such a structure was to store my wheelchair. Mobility scooter.,electric wheelchair and my children's many bikes which was cluttering the hall way and making access to the main door difficult. Now when I signed I didn't get a physical copy because the carbon paper didn't go through to the other sheet of paper. So I didn't get no contract, that contract was made on the 28th November 2025. Then I got a visit from the surveyor Glen on the 5th December 2024. I asked him if the structure would be water tight... He told me no. So I explained to him that it needs to be, because I will be storing expensive electrical equipment in there and I wouldn't want them to get water damage. I tried to cancel from 28th of November when I received a letter from their office stating that my structure wouldn't be water proof. I was very concern. It raised red flags. The lady at the office explained that the letter was a standard letter and didn't apply to my structure. However the surveyor told me that it won't be water right. So I tried to call sunbright several times, not easy to get hold off, also the lack of communication in In between as to process and progress was lacking. When I finally got someone called Luke, he made me aware that the structure has already started and I owe the company another grand and a half if I cancel because they take 40 percent... Day light robbery. I only just got my contract on the 12th December via email.I feel very vulnerable as an elderly and disabled person. I feel I'm being bullied into buying something that's clearly no longer suitablebecause there was no transparency from the beginning. It's all about giving you the answers to what you want to hear... As long they get their funds.I feel that this company is fraudulent and dishonest.

We ordered a veranda from Luke at Sunbright Windows who I have to say was a breath of fresh air with his so helpful attitude. Nothing was too much trouble. The price and product was first rate. You get so much much than you do with competitors. Excellent workmanship. Cleans down superbly when finished. Cannot recommend highly enough. Really pleased with overall experience.

Thank you Sunbright for transforming my home

My new sunbright bathroom has transformed my home. I had a small en-suite and adjoining box room knocked into a large bright and super functional bathroom. This required 2 new windows and re plumbing of the shower and addition of a wow factor roll top blue bath. The planning and execution was profession, quick and responsive to what I wanted the finished room to look like. Sunbright handled the refit, plastering, tiling, dimming down lights and decorating seamlessly and with minimal disruption. The job was finished early with additional work at the weekend. Many thanks to the sunbright team, Teresa, Scott, Martin, Charlie, Nick and Daniel.
