My new sunbright bathroom has transformed my home. I had a small en-suite and adjoining box room knocked into a large bright and super functional bathroom. This required 2 new windows and re plumbing of the shower and addition of a wow factor roll top blue bath. The planning and execution was profession, quick and responsive to what I wanted the finished room to look like. Sunbright handled the refit, plastering, tiling, dimming down lights and decorating seamlessly and with minimal disruption. The job was finished early with additional work at the weekend. I regret to share a thoroughly disappointing experience with Sunbright Windows or any of their dodgy spin-off companies. The quality of their work is abysmal, accompanied by an utter lack of customer service. The structure they worked on has developed persistent leaks, and their installation work is far from satisfactory.Moreover, their financial practices are questionable at best. They engage in shady money transactions, taking deposits upfront and conveniently delaying the final estimate until after the deposit becomes non-refundable. To add insult to injury, the estimate was, for us, nearly doubled, a clear display of their dodgy business practices.I strongly advise anyone considering their services to steer clear and avoid getting involved. This company's poor quality, awful customer service, and unscrupulous financial practices make them a regrettable choice for any project. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a reliable, honest service provider.

By November we finally heard from Sunbright and that their pricing was out by more than double to what we had agreed and signed for. They went on to say they could start in January. Naturally we weren't happy to proceed and were shocked by the discrepancy, the fact that the contracts had been agreed and not honoured, and also that they were were not apologetic about their huge mistake, waited so long assuming that we still wanted to proceed. The owner tried to come up with solutions that were not what we wanted, such as going to UPVc from aluminium and removing bifold doors etc and also to pay £5K more!? Unbelievable service, so take heed if you intend to use Sunbright. You have been warned. No-one likes to write bad reviews but this is my first, and feel you should be warned.

Anyone know how to get Sunbright to finish off a job? I’ve been waiting since April and have emailed them at least 7-8 times. Lots of promises but nobody emails, calls or comes. All they seemed to care about was getting their payments. I tried to give them feedback (good and bad) and they argued with everything constructive I tried to tell them.

Oh Dear 😳Sunbright promised me an automatic discount a long with a further 20% I particularly asked the lady are your prices hiked she categorically said our service and products are the highest quality and the best value guaranteedUpon the salesman coming in and a quick CAD drawing straight away he refused to break down the price quotation just a one-off price I did request this at the time of making the meeting this was ignored and incidentally a total of eight quotations and some bright was nearly a thousand pounds more expensive than anyone else I did inform the salesman to please notify the lady making the appointments to be honest and up front no discount has been given whatsoever yet a thousand pound increase for a like for like product that I can see do not touch this outfit least of all a habit of bending All about SALES I'm afrade this lot And the Reviews show this clearly was clearly giving a DISCOUNT for being a key worker this was pushed I questioned hiking price she was adamant this was not the case clearly it is There morel compass is a long way from true I felt cheated all the way along Shame on sales pushing a discount for.our hard working pandemic NEEDS looking into 👀
