I waited the full 12 months before writing this to be fair. Honestly? I feel like I’ve wasted my money. The density is so thin that I still have to use hair fibers to make it look decent. During the procedure, the technicians seemed like they were in a rush to get home. When I went back for my review, they just told me I should pay for more PRP sessions. I expected a lot more for the price I paid.
Special mention to Fiza and Zeeshan who made the steroid injections as comfortable as they were , I would highly recommend KSL Manchester for your hair restoration needs

From start to finish the whole experience was seamless and the surgery day was actually a nice experience, huge thank you to Dr Erjon and the nursing team who made me feel at ease throughout the day!

The experience did not meet the expectations established during the consultation. The results felt inconsistent and lacked the natural appearance anticipated. Additionally, follow-up support was minimal, which contributed to the overall disappointment.
