Loyal customer since 2024 and I’m happy with the quality of the products that I’ve continue with the products. Started with Halal Hydrolysed Bovine Collagen Peptides and slowly adding few others eg: Creatine, Vitamin D3 & K2 MK-7, Iron Complex, Hair Nails and Skin gummy and recently(beginning of Jan’2026) trying out the Marine Collagen rotating with the Bovine to see the different results because I read taking both are good (alternately) Overall I’m happy with the delivery service and affordable prices. Will add Magnesium supplement when you restock! Thank you for providing good quality products.
I absolutely love Sunna Collagen. It’s honestly the best collagen I’ve ever tried. I’ve noticed a big difference in my joint and muscle pain — it’s much less now. I’m also seeing new hair growth, and my skin looks smoother. So far, I would 100% recommend this collagen. It’s the best one I’ve tried.
My order was tampered with during delivery (opened and resealed), and the company refused to take responsibility for a compromised consumable product. I had to fight tooth and nail—including a bank escalation—just to get them to accept a return. I’ve been waiting for my refund since 15/01/2026 and keep getting the runaround. Shifting the risk of tampered goods onto the customer is unethical. Never again.
I have returned the item for like 20 days now. But I haven't received the refund. Poor customer service and poor management. You cannot talk to them at all. Update: They have replied to me only once I posted this review.But the chargeback they are talking about is already been closed. So the rating still stays the same
