I’ve used Sunny Hair Genius Wefts for 3 years now and won’t use any other. The quality is superior and the cost makes extensions possible! I’m so thankful to be a customer! They always help with any issue! 10/10 recommend! I’m buying a new set as we speak!
Ruby text me because I purchase extensions from them. I had ordered some hair and I never received it. She was asking if I owned a salan which I don’t but she looked into the order that I did not receive and told me it had been sent back to them. She will resend my order as soon as they receive the extension. She was very kind and went out of her way to help me. I love Sunny hair and it lasts for several months before needing new hair.
I own a salon in Round Rock Texas and order form this company on a weekly basis. I have Ruby from Sunny saved in my contacts and text her for custom orders, questions about deliveries so I can schedule my clients asap. She listens to my suggestions and requests on products and they actually listen to them and make changes with their factory. The hair is thick, beautiful and amazing. I use my wefts over and over and the hair holds up for several installments. Thank you Ruby!!
I finally received the topper after a two week waiting period. It is ugly, color looks fake, and has no resemblance to the photos Going to return this.UPDATE:: The company refuses to give me a return address so I can return this piece of junk. They repeatedly ask to see pics of my hair as well as the box it arrived in. I NEVER tried it on, left everything in the box exactly as it was received, and they refuse to give me the return address. They keep asking me to send pics of my bio hair so they can make another topper. I said NO!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
They will not let you return them even though it says 60 day return policy. They told me since I had opened the box for hygienic reasons they wouldn’t give my money back. They said it’s clearly stated in their return policy which is a lie. I never used them. They just weren’t the right color.
I haven't received the extensions yet, but my experience with their support was impressive. They pushed me to send them better photos of my hair so they could help me with deciding which color to choose. After trying several times to meet their standards, I gave up and just asked them to please make a suggestion based on what I had sent them and they did.
First time buying from Sunny and after receiving the extensions yesterday for my sister they are such a good quality!! The color matches perfectly and they blend in so nice!! I want to thank Cherry for all the help with choosing the perfect color and for keeping me updated with my order status! Not only are the extensions good quality but their customer service is amazing! I will definitely be purchasing again in the future and 100% recommend them.
