FRAUD! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The platform claims to provide visa services for a fee of US$320 for weekend processing. After payment, they send a notification stating that they cannot process visas on weekends. STAY AWAY AND REPORT TO THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES.
I paid for expedited visa service expecting it within 4 hours, but after waiting that long, I received nothing. I tried reaching out via their chat service, which was unresponsive, and their WhatsApp number appears to be fake. I emailed for an update and got no reply. This is a complete scam—please be cautious.
Impressive efficiency! Initially, I had my doubts. I applied on 23/08 and received my e-visa in just 3 working days instead of the promised 4. Yes, there is a fee, but they definitely know how to get things done. If you want to verify your e-visa, check it on the immigration portal.

During my visit from abroad, I faced a terrible experience. My family cleared immigration, but my date of birth was incorrect in the system, leading to denial of entry. I patiently waited to speak with officers, only to find them distracted on their phones. I just wanted to hand my family their boarding passes, but they refused and told me to go back. Very poor customer service!
They claim that e-visa processing takes 3 working days, which is stated on their official site. I applied on Sunday and by Thursday morning, it was still processing. They insist the 3 days count until the end of Thursday, but that’s not accurate! I'm already dissatisfied with this experience.
Imagine a 12-hour flight only to face a 2-hour wait in a slow immigration line, while officers ignore you as they scroll on their phones. Or a short flight followed by the same frustrating queue. If you enjoy incompetence, then this destination is for you!
My visa was initially approved but later canceled due to Covid-19, and they refuse to issue a refund. I’ve been emailing for months, receiving only one reply asking for empathy while stating no refund is possible. Very disappointing customer service!
