I chose to cancel this service well within the 30-day cooling-off period because the service provided was not of an acceptable standard for me and I was unhappy with it. ( 30-day cooling off period time was offered by them in writing via email ). I clearly communicated my decision by email and attempted to contact the company by telephone on several occasions to request a full refund.
Despite repeated follow-ups, I received little to no meaningful response. I was given multiple assurances that the refund would be processed, however as of today no refund has been issued. The services were cancelled, but the payment has not been returned.
The lack of communication, unmet promises, and overall handling of this matter have caused significant frustration and wasted time. I feel extremely let down by how this situation has been managed, and I do not feel comfortable leaving the matter unresolved. I am now considering taking further steps to pursue a fair outcome.

Would do Minus rating if I could! Do not use this company, they will get your payment in full upfront and then the service does not work. We have been trying for months to get some kind of refund/to talk to someone to fix the issues (calls not coming through as business calls and WhatsApp never worked). Terrible company should not be able to scam people like this.
Worst company ever, worst coustomer service ever, had a contract with them, called every single day to change greetings for two weeks,lucky if they pick your calls after receiving your payments. No management whatsoever. Told them cant give you any more chances as gave you two weeks just to change my greetings. Asked for refund, been almost three months now no response blocked us and no refund received yet. Will be reporting to hmrc for fraud as well now.
