Delivery was on time and package was received undamaged, additionally the packaging was done in a net and workmanlike manner.

The NIO BT device to program nLight systems worked well... the mobile app ( CLARITY+ ) does need an updated version to incorporate Bridge Gates in my opinion.

Vendor did an exemplary job making sure everything was flawless for my workflow.

I would recommend Superior Lighting USA and already have.

Disappointing customer support

The wall lights arrived on time, which is a plus. However, I had a question about missing parts based on the installation instructions and received no response after waiting three days. When I contacted the seller directly, they were unhelpful and redirected me to the original company. They seem to sell well but lack in customer communication.
