Review Time
I've been on this app for a couple of months and I had no issues cashing out at the beginning but as you make more money they make it hard to cash out with tactics like survey disqualification and suspending your account. I've been on other survey payout sites and this is the only one that pulls these tactics. They are based in London so they can't be reported to BBB. I just wasted 6hours trying make $8.86 only for them to suspend my account because they don't want to pay out. This is a scam. I will tell everyone I know not to use this app.
SuperPay.me is a total disappointment. After spending hours completing surveys and tasks, they suddenly blocked my account with a generic 'Permanent Suspension' message. They provide ZERO evidence and ZERO explanation.
It is clear that this company waits for users to accumulate a balance and then bans them to avoid making payments. Their support is useless and gives robotic replies saying their 'decision is final.' This is an unethical way to run a business. To everyone reading this: DO NOT waste your time here. They will cheat you just like they cheated me. Pathetic and highly unprofessional service!"
This site genuinely feels like a scam. Unlike others where I get disqualified before finishing the survey, here they let you complete it and then inform you that you're disqualified after you've invested significant time. I wouldn't recommend anyone to engage with this site, as it appears to be a blatant scam. I wish there were a way to report it and have it shut down. My advice is to steer clear of this platform; they will take your responses and then tell you that you're not qualified. It's simply not worth it.
I noticed my account was suspended by the service this morning. It will be interesting to see what reason they provide, if any. The surveys on their site are currently very limited, and I wouldn't be surprised if they shut down soon. Support is nearly nonexistent, and they have questionable providers in their portal. I guess I'll just find more opportunities with other survey sites I currently use.
I've been a long-time member of this service. Suddenly, a few days ago, they suspended my account without any explanation. They sent a link to regain access, but it doesn't work on two different computers! They refuse to help, and I have a significant amount of money in my account that I might lose because that link is ineffective. Their last reply was frustrating, suggesting that any issues are on my end. I'm extremely disappointed and recommend anyone considering joining to think twice before doing so.
