I have been using the product for a few years and it's always great for me and when/if a problem occurs I know i can count on the Admin team, especially one specific who has been the only admin to assist me idk if by coincidence or not but always there when I need help immediately there and always on point 100% of the times no delay or confusion. Never needs to go ask for further assistance just on point I need this kind of customer service in my local shops. Big shout out to Jesus Amado thank you always!!

My very ill 80 year old husband was in a state as he couldn't access his Sat. Rugby sports channel. He went online to their chat/help line. Because of his confusion having just had a chemo treatment he got very distressed. For the next hour a delightful man, named Victor, gently took him through step by step. When he was still confused Victor had a technician, Daniel phone him and bless Daniel he showed incredible patience and expertise in getting us up and running. My compliments to Supreme for their excellent hiring of these wonderful employees.
