Santander bank said “can’t stop the payment” ridiculous. I have to block all card payments and re-issue a new card. I have No emails no text messages and no account details from SURECREDIT. 😡

The worst experience! I set up an account in August 2025 but faced login issues. Despite contacting them, I received no help and continue to be charged for a service I can't access. Their support team is unhelpful and rude. I was promised a refund but am still being charged. I've reported them to the Financial Ombudsman. Just stay away!
