Absolutely one of the biggest scams around. I didn’t even sign up for this so called service, but that didn’t stop them taking two separate payments of £20. Customer service is shocking and I struggled to understand half of what they said. Been told I will receive a refund but if not I will be reporting to my bank as fraud. Stay well clear guys!!!
Massive con.Was told it would be a great app to build up credit score. Had nothing but trouble from day one. Cancelled after 2 days. But according to them no cancellation was found. Took money out my account and refuse to do refund. Complaints go nowhere and telephone number does not work. Online chat is useless. Don’t do it
CriminalsI must have months and months ago applied for a loan and must have given my bank details to this Sure Credit or whoever not knowing I was signing up for anything and now out of the blue months and months later they have taken £19.99 out of my bank. Went on they're live chat and it's just an automated robot telling me to ring a number that doesn't work..cheeky criminal . I'm demanding a refund asap
