They insisted on adding a tracking number to my website and directories. I said No, they added anyway and said it's how they track the leads that come in. I caved tried number worked for a week, then it didn't for over 3 months, before I wad made aware. I told them to fix it and add my number also incase something happened again. Same out come. They didn't do anything to make it right just excuses. They charged me to basically ruin me did nothing to correct the issue. They are they worst company I've ever delt with.

I was approached by this company for Google LSA and SEO management. The salesperson initially seemed knowledgeable, and the app appeared high quality. However, issues arose after the first month. Each time we had calls with different representatives, their knowledge seemed to diminish. It became clear there were staff issues and a lack of training. We saw no improvement in our SEO and LSA efforts. After discussing with a representative and expressing my intent to cancel, I was told they hadn't used any of my LSA funds and offered a credit for the next month. Yet they attempted to charge my credit card multiple times. After a heated conversation with someone claiming to be their CFO, it was evident he lacked basic accounting knowledge. They did refund part of my LSA payment, but after that, I faced further unauthorized charges, leading me to file a fraud claim with my bank. While I believe they have potential, their execution is severely lacking. In my opinion, I would not recommend them, as I have had much better experiences with other companies.
As a self-employed contractor, I have wasted too much money and become extremely frustrated with this company. I have seen zero results and am actively trying to end my relationship with them. This experience has been a complete waste of money. I would give them zero stars if possible.
In response to the company's reply: I read your generic response, and based on other reviews, it's clear that the actions I experienced are typical and that you do not take feedback seriously. I reached out to the CEO with a legitimate concern but received no response. I hope potential customers read this review and others before making a decision. I manage operations and had a sales representative contact our company, using the owner's name to try to bypass me. Despite being clear that I was the point of contact for our online marketing, the representative tried to keep me on the line unnecessarily. His tactics were unprofessional and disrespectful. I deal with marketing calls regularly and prioritize trustworthy partnerships, but I cannot recommend this company due to their questionable tactics.
This company displayed terribly unprofessional behavior. The owner joined a call after I canceled a meeting with their sales representative and attempted to berate me for not using their services. I am familiar with sales and can confidently say they will never earn my business. They need to improve their sales approach significantly.
About a month ago, I received a cold call from this company and listened to their sales pitch. I politely declined, explaining our budget was already set for the year but mentioned I might revisit the conversation later. Instead of responding professionally, the salesperson became defensive and criticized our website, making condescending remarks. His reaction to my respectful decline was a major red flag. Today, I received another cold call from them, and the interaction was similarly unprofessional. They interrupted me and hung up before I could finish my response. Based on these experiences, I would never consider working with this company.
