Got our gear out ready to go on a trip up north and two of our batteries are faulty for our heated gear. We have been sharing battery packs this whole week. When we reached out to the company they are asking for a picture of the original shipping box and have strict requirements that make it impossible to get an credit or a new battery pack. With how much money we spent on gear it's ridiculous. Also when they shipped my 509 helmet there was a screw was broken off in the helmet, so I had to go to my local dealer to get it fixed before my trip.
I ordered a helmet a heated vest and heated pants. The visor was broken on the helmet the heated pants battery’s were bad right out of the box I threw the shipping box away after I got everything and due to that they refused to do ANYTHING to resolve this. Over 1000$ spent and wasted. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHINV HERE
I was generally pleased with my purchase, but I didn't expect the battery to arrive without acid. It would have been helpful to have that information upfront. After spending an additional 30 dollars on the acid, I realized I could have found the same battery locally for less. Oh well….
They sent order after I received an email that they didn’t have my item. Then you sent the wrong item. Unfortunately I figured it was the right one and tried to assemble it only to find they weren’t the doors I ordered. They looke the same but didn’t fit. So I’m sending back. Thanks for reaching out. The plug on the clutch you sold me was damaged when I received it. I didn’t think about it being a problem until I had installed it on the drive shaft (which is very hard to remove) and installed in my mower. Then the plug would not snap all the way in. I have worked with it to make it work but not sure for how long. This is the same clutch that came on the mower and is a very cheap product. I have made Arien aware and they know these clutches are cheap. Bearings are Chinese and not replaceable.
