Review Time
I paid for the $29 program and cannot get in at all. I have tried 2 different support emails, and hit reply to the email Mere originally sent - all 3 emails were immediately returned - they do not go through. I cannot access anything. The sign in link only gives you an hour to sign in (why?? - it is paid for) - I saw it after this and now can't access it. I repeatedly (over time) pressed the button to request a new email with a new sign in, but this email never arrived.
Exercises are great! My osteoarthritis in hands limit me ( and being extremely out of shape). The app is a little disorganized/non-user-friendly, when first getting on. But I love the demos and short workouts! And the encouragement w/o the silly talk down to you voice like so many will do. Thanks!
I bought the 1 and done, couple years ago was blown away by how well it worked even when I wasn't overly diligent with it. I thought I'd likevto know about the metabost program. I've never had problems with weight just health and fitness. With both programs i did on my phone and tapped on add ons i didn't want or need totally my fault trying to get the program faster. When I reached out the company they gave me back my money with no hassle which is unheard of in this day, and it's actually a common problem for me with things I do online. Very impressed with the professionalism and results
Svelte is an incredible program that truly delivers results!!! In just one week, by following the provided recipes, I lost 6 pounds; and that was simply by replacing one meal a day, without making any other changes! If you commit to this program, it will work for you as well! Overall, I've lost 14 pounds so far with the program and support! I recently attended a summit related to this program and I feel even more motivated to continue pursuing my goals! The community is fantastic, along with the coaches! I highly recommend joining us on this journey!
I was initially doubtful, as I often am with things I come across on social media, unsure if I would receive anything worthwhile for my investment. However, I'm delighted to report that I did! I'm typically not great at maintaining an exercise routine, especially with the tasks given by my physiotherapist for a hip and lower back issue. I struggle to follow them on my own from a sheet of paper, but the videos make it so much easier. I love following along with the instructor, and it’s been quick and enjoyable. I'm currently on a three-day streak, which is quite unusual for me, and I’m genuinely beginning to look forward to my daily workouts. There are also plenty of nice freebies, and I'm particularly excited to try out some smoothie and infused water recipes. Who knows, maybe in the future, I’ll consider purchasing one of the more advanced exercise programs as well!
I wish there had been a detailed explanation of the costs right from the start. The initial offer of "Join now for only $27" was soon followed by numerous emails stating, "you are paying $49/month but act now and just pay $199," which was never mentioned in any of the information I received. Additionally, I think the workouts should include a warm-up, exercise, and cool-down sequence. It shouldn't be so hard to find these; it adds unnecessary time to what is supposed to be a time-saving experience.
Receiving the invitation email made it much easier to follow the program I've wanted to engage with for a while. Now on day three, I can feel the workouts, which are neither lengthy nor overly intense. The coaching is also at a comfortable pace, which is fantastic. I'm looking forward to today's workout and can't wait to see the results over time. I'm doing this for my own benefit!
The process of joining was quite lengthy. Once I became a member, I tried my initial workouts, but the video frequently paused and buffered, preventing me from completing the sessions. This happened several times and was frustrating. However, aside from that, the workouts are excellent and very informative.
