Steep price increase without confirmation

During a repeat delivery, the price per item surged by 50%! There was no confirmation to check if I still wanted the order at that inflated price. I tried to cancel via chat, but it failed. I emailed for cancellation but got no response, and now the order is processed. I suggest avoiding this service unless you're ready to keep an eye on prices and deal with poor customer service.

Dramatic price hikes with no customer support

Delivery issues with the courier service

They use a courier service that requires me to pick up from a store. I paid for delivery and was home, yet my order ended up far away. If I wanted to pick up in person, I wouldn't have paid for delivery.

Communication issues need improvement

I ordered items understanding delays might occur due to the Black Friday and Cyber Monday period. One part of my order arrived, but the other is still marked as 'shipping information received'. The courier informed me that the second parcel hasn't been scanned yet. I attempted to contact the service for help, but it was nearly impossible. The chat feature just reloads the page, and I got no response on social media. Emailing resulted in a generic reply with no follow-up. After a lot of effort, I finally managed to get assistance through another platform, and the remaining order was delivered after a long wait.

Unresponsive customer service

I obtained pet insurance a few months ago and filed a claim over a month ago with no updates. I’ve been trying to call for hours without any answer. I even tried to request a callback but have not received one. Emails go unanswered. I now want to cancel my policy, but I have to use the same unresponsive phone number!
