What an amazing experience we had with Swag n Send from start to finish. I contacted through the website and I had a response very promptly from Nathan himself and he set a meeting up, our request was not easy, he had great patience with us and met everything we required even when requesting items not listed he was always happy to help! My account manager was very proactive, he always suggests the the best option for our company that will be cost effective. He also did his best to make sure we got our products in a very short notice during Christmas time, which I didn't think would be possible due the high demand during this time. My first order with them was a year ago and the products are still in perfect condition. Sending the packs directly to the employees so I didn't have to worry about going to the post office was definitely a bonus.
