READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE PLAYING You are only allowed to redeem up to $25 on free play no matter how much you accumulated. I had won $247 off my free play. I then went through the verification process so I could redeem it. Their redemption process goes by tiers (1-4) which is dependent on how much money you have spent with them. The maximum amount at the top tier is only $1000 and that's after spending $1000 plus with them. The maximum I was able to redeem was $100 per day it said, so I submitted my redemption for $100. After continuing to play for a bit I ended up going to their coin store and purchasing another $4.99 package which got me 5 SC. I ended up getting all the way up to about $1100 before I quit playing. I just checked this morning and they did in deed deposit the $25 and completely wiped out and voided my $1100 saying it was from free play and it didn't matter if I made a purchase or not. They get away with stealing your money and not having to pay out anything,but the bare minimum. I even sent them the screenshots of my purchase history and the fact that I had won it after and they basically told me to get f*****. So if you enjoy just playing for fun and don't plan on spending money with them then great, but I've used multiple other sites, Mega BonanzaMcLuckSportzino...etcand this is the only casino I know of that does this. All the rest have paid out with absolutely no issue, no tier system that limits your redemption based on what you spend, and no limit on what you can redeem off free play. Don't waste your time or money with them.
