At first it was an okay sweepstakes site. First redemption of $100 went good, had a little trouble with the 2nd(had to send a picture of a card that i wasnt even using) but this last time i redeemed $100 again and only got $25 ...... I had change leftover from past purchases and they said because i had collected my daily login coins before i won that according to rules i could only get 25 even though i always get my login bonus and it had never been a problem before..... Definitely done using this one... Would not recommend!!
worst website i won 155 but had a limit to redeem of 100 so i took them out they only deposit 25 out of the 100 cz of my level smh so i asked okay so the $75 go back to my account apparently they dont u loose them ! i wouldn’t even recommend open a account !
AWFUL.Deceptive practices.I was to be paid almost $200 then capped at $25 (all other funds gone) "because of the SweepShark Award Rule 5.7."So I'm penalized for making money off a .20 Daily Reward? I've redeemed funds on about a dozen online casinos and never been scammed like this before! My lawyers will be in contact with your team for deceptive practices. Why has no other online casino given me trouble with redemption? The worst part is there is NO TRANSPARENCY ABOUT THIS. AND THAT THEY ASK FOR YOU TO UPLOAD YOUR CREDIT CARD PHOTO! SO I GAVE YOU ALL MY PERSONAL INFO FOR THIS???
Sketchy sketch. I won fair and square, made a purchase because I couldn’t redeem until I did first red flag.🚩 I won 123.25x on a $3 spin (371.25) could only redeem $25 total before they seized the rest of the winnings. As well as the other $75 from my first $25 redemption in total I redeemed $25 which didn’t come from “sweep shark” it came as “scarlet sands” I’ve played countless social casinos and other online games. This has by far been the sketchiest and most hiding behind their policies and fine print. Do NOT spend your money. IF I CAN SAVE YOU $1 this review would be worth it to me.
This is probably the tightest casino I’ve ever played. I’ve paid money several times on their “deals” and never had any return. Also, if you get any sort of free spins, no matter what you win, they only give you two dollars of it. Their customer service is less than satisfactory and they don’t explain things very well when asking for clarification. Definitely won’t be playing here again.
