I really like this site. The gameplay is really smooth and the games and providers they have are great. The way the site is designed gives an easy way to find the games you want to play. My redemption was processed quickly and in my bank account. The only thing. And I mean the only thing is I wish there were smaller packages with deals. Even the 12 for 9.99 or anything like that. The sister site is the same so I guess it’s for bigger spenders or you just have to play with a regular smaller package. But the welcome offer was really great too. With options for smaller amounts. I will keep playing here and hope I can get enough stardust to utilize and see what that’s all about.

I signed up no problem. Then I tried to purchase coins but was directed to verify my account. I went through the procedure and it said I was verified yet when I tried to purchase coins, it said I needed to verify. I contacted customer service, they asked me to resubmit documents, which I did. Then I get an email telling me that my account is suspended. Whatever dude. Guess they will not be around very long. How can they when they just suspend accounts for no reason.
I'm very satisfied with my Sweepstars experience so far! I've had great promo package offers every single day and the one time I had an issue with a bonus it was a technical issue and they resolved it quickly. Support (personal manager) is kind and very eager to help. When I redeemed it said it could take up to 7 days but I already got my payment after redeeming just yesterday. I was so pleased about that. Definitely legit and they have great game selection.
Again another platform I don't wanna even give one star. I sign up fill out my personal details go to purchase coins and I'm unable. Tells me to talk to my personal manager for help because my account is temporarily locked???? So I ask the personal manager what's going on because I've only created an account filled out my information and tries to purchase coins. Never got any further than filling our my information and sent to personal manager only to be told THEY CANT PROVIDE ME WITH THEIR SERVICES AND ITS NOT BECAUSE OF MY LOCATION ITS REASONS TJEY CANT SPEAK OF BECAUSE ITS CONFIDENTIAL.... WTF KIND OF SHIT IS THAT????!!! LMAO YOU WANT STAY OPEN LONG WITH THIS TYPE OF SHIT. NEVER HAVE I HAD ANY OTHER PLATFORM TELL ME SUCH BS. Purchased 162 in total packages yesterday (march 3, 2026). Got my balance up to 233 and redeemed. Verified my account and was able to redeem. Today I got a message my redemption was canceled, account closed, funds removed. Currently they have refunded only one of my purchases of 50 dollars. I will await to see if they refund the rest of the packages I purchased yesterday. If not, I will be disputing with my card and charging back. Listen to the other one star reviews, they are hoping you lose so they keep your money. Refuses to pay out. Says have to use a debit card to redeem but the debit card I used to deposit isnt eligible, makes sense, so I try another debit card, again, ineligible. Asking for bank statements and selfies with other cards, when im already kyc verified. Everything about my experience in the last 24 hours has just screamed scam.
