Review Time
Ok so I made a bad review the other day cause it’s been really tough trying to cash out. Anyways I have been working with James from customer service and he has been great with helping me get things figured out I had a $1500 cash out and he has walked me through getting my money and I finally have actually got most of it and I’m sure within the next few days my full redemption will be complete. Thank you so much James for helping me and being patient as we figured it out. They have great games and customer service has been great. This is a new casino and I believe everyone is trying to figure out what process works best. I do think once it gets figured out it will be much smoother.
Been waiting on a redemption of only 165 dollars since February 5th . It’s now the 15th and they say debit cards are slow because of who knows why. Everything else was okay but if they don’t pay out I’m not changing this star rating because it’s a scam otherwise.
DEAD SPINS SWEEPSTARS. I don't know why i give this site 2 stars, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.I play on or have played on practically every sweep site out there.Im a full blown critic of them. Believe me when i say i never experienced so many dead spins anywhere ever as i did on this site.I gave them twe chances so ill just say one star each time.It was so bad i complained to support something i rarely do. I played down 70 SC this second time with barely a win .It was no fun it was disheartening.and discusting.I had to log out so many times simply because i couldn't stand it any longer. Who ever operates these sites have no business opening a business..This is just throwing money away. One's got about an ice cubes chance in HELL of actually winning a redeemable amount.Seems to be the standard among all these sweep sitesanymore. As long as people are willing to throw their money away they'll continue to take,take,take. Reading the reviews on here even if you are really, really lucky and do win a redeemable amount. So I always test my Casino before I refer anyone and before I'll spend more and this Casino has one of the best Customer Service I've ever come across! You'll always run into issues, with any business. For all of the bad reviews you are seeing. That's just people not being understanding of common issues that can arise. So my story, I waited a while for my redemption and I asked about it. The guy James was so cool and nice and referred to stars and galaxies which I thought was super cute! And he tried for hours to help me get my redemption done through ACH because the other way is just backed up and taking a very long time. For some reason I didn't have the option on my page so I finally cashed some out via gift card and got that the next morning! Later today I decided to look again and finally that button was there (to add another card) so for anyone who's been waiting a long time. When you take your money out, Don't click the card you have on file. Go below that and click "Add a new card" that will take you to add your bank and start ACH. That takes less time. I'll update when I get that but since gift cards work and great customer service. 5 STARS IN MY BOOK! AND I know it'll go through! Thank you so much James and all of SweepStars for your great Casino!
Never had a 2 star review I might update it later if I get my redemption I don’t know yet tho because I’ve been waiting 3 days now and was told by support it would take 24hrs not up to 7 days like the other 2 reviews I see, on top of that support told me that redemptions are down right now due to technical difficulties it’d be nice to send out a email to everyone or post it on your socials so everyone knows
So far it’s good registration and verification was Good no issues submitted my first redemption yesterday so we’ll see how it goes will update to 5 stars when I receive I’m gonna have to drop my star rating as I am still waiting on a small redemption of only 100 message them and they just say the same thing, basically losing hope
