Initially, I noted that redemption times depend on VIP levels, with the lowest being 3-5 days. They missed the 5-day mark, taking 8 days, and support indicated another 1-2 days before the payout on the 8th day. I will update if they eventually redeem.

I can confirm that if you remain patient and composed, they will eventually process your payout. I received my redemption a week late, but it was processed instantly. Don't lose hope, be courteous, and you will receive your payout.
I genuinely wish I could give zero stars! It's astonishing how comfortable this platform is with false advertising! They promote instant redemptions and big wins everywhere, but those offers are not available to everyone! You have to be 'special' to get instant redemptions! When attempting to get instant redemptions through live chat, the customer service representatives are unhelpful and deceptive, providing nothing but excuses! There's never a supervisor or manager available to assist! I wouldn't even let my pet use this platform, let alone a person! False advertising is highly illegal, and they need to be held accountable!
