Awful products, awful company

Will never purchase a thing from this company. Awful products, and truly awful people running things from behind the scenes. Exactly as bad as you heard about. They even tried flagging this review. Completely underhanded company.

Bully people for negative reviews

Never ever go for this company. All experience I have with this company is awful. Also the recent bullying they are doing when a negative review happens is also extremly bad. (Edit, they tried to take this review down multiple times. Flag it as "defamatory content" I fight it and it was accepted and brought back online by Trustpilot once again)

The Vualcan Talos is not worth the money. For can buy the REP Ares 2.0 for a lot less. The Talos has a lot for bad faults for the amount you pay for it.

Probably should learn American laws

Probably should learn American laws. Giving an opinion of a product that you have in your possession whether free or not isn’t illegal. It’s the easiest thing to research. If you give a review and do no say anything that is factually incorrect then you are able to say it. I just watched the video nothing in it could possibly be seen as other than opinion of the product they had in their possession. Nothing was hateful, incorrect, or misleading. Everything was clearly visible in the video. I’d suggest publicly apologizing to save yourself….or keep going with the big ego route. Trying to fight something you can’t legally win. Now when you lose you’ll just have to pay the cost of your legal fees and theirs….Seriously how could you not see that backfiring ? Do you truly not know you can give opinions publicly ? You can also give opinion on a companies values and ethics whether you’re a customer or not. Your values and ethics are 1/5 stars.

1 star review for a company that sues reviewers for their (what I believe to be) fair review. That simple. I also took a look at their assembly instructions; having put a few of these types of machines together in the past dozen years, the instructions are horribly confusing. In this, I fully agree with other reviewers. Addendum: The company is challenging this review and the process of challenging requires me to disclose my personal information? Absolutely not! My tel# is personal and I am not giving it to a company that has demonstrated itself to be litigious over fair and honest reviews. They are literally asking for my personal tel# and my full name. What is wrong with this company??? Why challenge reviews when you could put all of that time and effort to simply improve your product?1) My experience with the install instructions is that they are very confusing and seriously lacking in detail. This argument has been put forward by other reviewers and is well documented. If you follow their install instructions for certain products, I'm of the opinion that there's a near zero chance that you will be able to do the install without error. If experienced gym equipment personnel have issues, so will others.2) There is little chance that you can tell who has and hasn't bought your product by simply reading this review page. There is *ZERO* chance that you can identify who has and hasn't USED or ASSEMBLED your products. 3) I'm of the personal opinion (review) that Vulcan Strength has some quality issues that could have easily been addressed by the company. Instead of addressing these issues (IE: stating that they will strive to write better install instructions; which would have satisfied me), they appear to be going into full attack mode against reviewers by using a copy/pasted blanket statement referring to reviewers as not being a customer. I expected better from this company than open hostility. I cannot build a consumer/seller relationship with a business that threatens people who review their product in what I believe is a fair and balanced way. I'm of the opinion that this company is outright hostile to reviewers and it has demonstrated itself to be litigious and that it will challenge any reviews it does not like.
