Review Time
First time I ordered from them it was perfect, they came in quick and were exactly as shown. But the last time I ordered from them, they failed to show on the website that it was out of stock. 2 months later, they still hadn’t come in. Contacted them and said it was out of stock and to chose another pair. So I did and still didn’t come in. They did refund though, just disappointed because I have hyperopia and it’s difficult to find contacts that are affordable. But I will not order from them again.
One of the worst experiences ever. I ordered a few pair back in December. Here it is March and I am just now getting them. I sent emails after emails and they told me they sent them but never did. To make it worse. I paid for a pair of all black sclera which cost over $100. They sent me a regular pair of black contacts. I didn't even get what I paid for. It's not worth the time and effort. I ordered from a different site, paid less, and got it in a week.
I would give NEGATIVE stars to this company. Ordered 3 pair of lenses with cases and a few other make up accessories hoping for it to show up for Halloween. Weeks went by and I did not receive anything. I have contacted support at Facebook Messenger and no replies. Halloween was near and I had to order lenses from somewhere else in case the shipment will be coming in late. After waiting for a month, I've emailed support and they claimed that the shipment has been delivered already, which is impossible because I have been checking my mailbox everyday to see if it came or not. The tracking system is a mess, it makes no sense and it does not provide you with details. End of story is I did not receive my package at all. The support then told me to contact Canada Post, which I did and the representative asked me why isn't the SENDER calling in and then told me that sometimes although it does say that it's sent, it might have gotten lost or misplaced. Either way it is not my fault. I paid for these article but I did not receive so as a consumer, it is ideal for me to get my money back as a refund. Circlecolour support said she will give me a half refund claiming that they DID send it to me, that's absurd complete garbage- But I agreed the end pitying that they probably did loose money too for shipping a lost product. I waited for 3 weeks for my refund and still nothing so I contacted them again and they send me a link telling me that the item is delivered to Canada Post SO THAT MEANS they won't be giving me any refund at all and having me pay for goods that did not come. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. SAVE THE TROUBLE AND UNPROFESSIONALISM. THEY PROBABLY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND CLAIMS THAT THEY DID DELIVER YOUR PRODUCTS WHEN IT DIDN'T AT ALL.
I ordered 6 pairs in order to find my favorite and I should have ordered 7 so I could have a new look every day of the week. I was impressed by how good they look on my dark eyes and I've had many compliments. I wore them half a day for the first 2 days in order to get used to wearing contacts and by day 3 all day wear was not a problem. I. Very happy with my purchase!!
