Review Time
I was unable to cancel my subscription using the codes to access the portal, so requested a cancelation directly. I was told the only way I can my cancel my subscription is through this portal, yet I read a review on here where a customer had a similar problem and was advised they could contact the customer services and subscription could be cancelled.
The reply they give to customers is not consistent and a refusal to cancel a subscription merits an investigation from Trading Standards.
I purchased supplements on 22nd Jan, it's now the 29th Jan and I noticed my order hadn't been dispatched. After contacting them they said:
"We are currently transitioning Probiotics for Her to a fresh new batch. While the previous batch remains within date, it is approaching the end of its shelf life, and as part of our quality standards, we have taken the decision to pause shipping and move directly to the new batch instead.
This ensures that you receive the product at its best possible freshness, potency, and quality, which is something we take very seriously.
We are expecting to begin shipping orders from the new batch towards the end of the week commencing 2nd February 2026."
Given their supplements had previously taken a week to arrive, this will be nearly 3 weeks from the order date to receiving them. All customers should have been contacted about the delay rather than me having to ask where my order is. I can't wait 3 weeks and will have to order from a different supplier. I have requested a refund but am yet to receive a response.

While I have no problem with the product itself, I cannot communicate with this company to cancel my subscription, which is occurring much too frequently. To log into the website to access the subscriptions page, you have to fill in a code, which is emailed to you. The problem is, the code is required four minutes after you have requested it, but the email does not appear until five or six minutes later. This happened each time I requested it. Every. Single. Time. So, when you enter the code, the four minutes has elapsed and you get a "code error" message, meaning you cannot log into your account.I have tried this for the last two times my vitamins have been due to be sent to me and I had to email customer service each time. I can't help thinking this is a deliberate ploy to prevent customers from changing their subscription preferences. Once I can get a reply, I'm afraid I will be cancelling my prescription, as I simply don't trust this company's motives.
Female supplementI’ve been taking this for around 3 weeks now, so it’s a bit soon to be able to leave feedback. However all is good so far. A speedy delivery and capsules that are not too big to comfortably swallow. I was really relieved to find this product. I’ve been having a couple of UTIs a year for the past 2 years and I’m really hopeful that a tailor made product like this will help.
