Extremely Disrespectful Staff at Vienna

The staff at the Vienna location were incredibly disrespectful. One passenger cried due to a lack of payment options, and there was no compassion shown. An overweight man with glasses denied several passengers the chance to check their bags after they had repackaged them, even though most luggage fit perfectly. About 50 people ended up having to pay extra. A rude woman informed a couple they couldn’t board, stating, "we can keep you here if we want," and threatened young girls with, "if I hear one more word from you, you’re staying here." The service was appalling. The low ticket prices come at a cost, and the 75 euros fee was nothing compared to the disrespectful attitude of the staff. They should be let go for treating people in such a manner.

Rude Employees at the Vienna Location

The staff at the Vienna location were exceptionally rude. One passenger was in tears due to not having a payment card, and there was no empathy shown. An overweight man with glasses refused multiple passengers the opportunity to check their bags after they had repackaged them, despite most luggage fitting fine. Around 50 people had to pay extra. A very rude woman told a couple they couldn’t board, stating, "we can keep you here if we want," and threatened young girls by saying, "if I hear one more word from you, you’re staying here." The service was terrible. The low ticket prices come with significant downsides, and the 75 euros fee was overshadowed by the disrespectful behavior of the staff. They should be dismissed for treating customers this way.

Uncomfortable Flight Experience

I understand it's a low-cost airline, but I didn’t expect to have my knees cramped against the seat in front of me for 2.5 hours. There was hardly any space to move, and it was nearly impossible to pull down the tray to eat. Looking forward to the return flight.

Difficult Experience with Young Children

Traveling with my family, including young children and a baby, was challenging. During takeoff, the baby cried, and a passenger in front aggressively shouted at us, demanding we control the situation. The crew didn’t handle it well; instead of addressing the rude passenger, they suggested we move to the back, which was unacceptable. This passenger continued to create issues throughout the flight. We felt unsupported and unfairly treated by the staff, and I would not recommend this airline for families with young children.

Avoid if Possible

If any other airline flew to my destination, I would choose them over this one. The company is low-cost but treats customers poorly. The staff at the airport were very unpleasant, acting more like enforcers than service providers. After 15 years of flying with them, I’ve decided to switch to another airline due to the negative experiences at the airport. The staff seems trained to be rude, and I always feel stressed when I have to fly with them.

Hidden Fees and Poor Service

This airline operates like a scam. They lure customers in with low ticket prices but then impose unexpected fees at check-in, knowing passengers have no choice. They charged £55 for check-in and have ridiculous baggage policies. When you add up the hidden costs, the total price is often higher than standard airlines, yet the service is far worse. It seems the authorities overlook these practices. The slogan should be changed to reflect the reality of their service.

Decline in Quality

It's true that the experience has changed over time. However, I had a pleasant journey on a comfortable aircraft, traveling from point A to B at unbeatable prices. The airline should have focused on renewing their fleet with modern aircraft. It's worth noting that other airline staff often refuse to assist under similar conditions, even with significantly higher salaries.
