About 50 people ended up having to pay extra. A rude woman informed a couple they couldn’t board, stating, "we can keep you here if we want," and threatened young girls with, "if I hear one more word from you, you’re staying here." The service was appalling. The low ticket prices come at a cost, and the 75 euros fee was nothing compared to the disrespectful attitude of the staff. They should be let go for treating people in such a manner.

I understand it's a low-cost airline, but I didn’t expect to have my knees cramped against the seat in front of me for 2.5 hours. There was hardly any space to move, and it was nearly impossible to pull down the tray to eat. Looking forward to the return flight.
