We were looking for a new business package for our business (Spolton Mortgages) in Sleaford.
We had a meeting with Ash this morning and his advice but also the package he put together for us were absolutely on point and matched our requirements perfectly.
Normally these meetings feel very daunting with loads of sale spitch and jargon to wade through and by contrast the service from Ash at Switch-Tel has been absolutely amazing so far.

Hassle free from the initial phone call from Switch Tel introducing the company and the services they offered. An appointment was arranged for Ash to come out to site to see what the business needs were. We went from copper to fibre and the process was seamless and efficient. Switch Tel liaised with Openreach regarding the upgrade and also communicated with our provider to terminate our contract.Liam the engineer was on time, courteous and knowledgeable, set the new phone systems up and gave us a lesson in using them. Once the switch over had happened he came back out to site to make sure everything was working as it should and answer any questions.Really impressed with the company - they actually do what they said they would in an efficient manner!
Very happy with Switch Tel and Joe. We had problems with our old provider when the systems went down, and they blamed our internet provider, which it wasn't, and Joe got us back online within a day, all set up with our VoIP, and later in the week, our new internet was set up too! All in all, a great service and competitively priced too!
Joined switch tel just before Christmas and was abit worried we may be offline for a while and Christmas is our busiest period but they kept our existing system live while we switched over to our new one so we had no down time at all, their customer service is 5 star , highly recommended
From the initial meeting with Ash, how he explained how he could help us out with with what we needed & move us forward everything went seamlesly. Alex came in and did the set up & handover,any problems no matter how small have been dealt with, even supplying a new access point router which wasn't part of their set up.All the staff in the office have been nothing but professional & helpful.Highly recommend if you are looking for a new phone system.
