This is my second order with Sight Glass, and I'm consistently impressed with the excellent service. Customer service very prompt and always happy to help, The glasses are made to high standards and include extras that I've not had from other online glasses retailers. I highly recommend them to anyone needing glasses, I will definitely be ordering more glasses from sight glass

Hands down, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had!
To start off, I live in Australia which makes shipping sometimes a nightmare with international companies. I got concerned (preemptively) about my package making it in time for Christmas, but when I reached out they (Noah) reassured me it was on time and being taken care of even whilst out of their hands. Lo and behold it arrived the next day, right on time, package in perfect condition.
Secondly, one pair of glasses I got with the BOGO deal fit slightly bigger than expected, so I reached out again about possible replacements/returns, or resizing. Because they were in a BOGO deal, I couldn’t return or replace them but Noah offered me a similar pair slightly smaller for FREE. And of course with that a shipment fee — it’s not cheap to ship to Australia — which I was more than happy to pay after being offered a free pair of glasses.
The glasses are great quality, I got two (now 3) blue light blockers for my partner and all 3 frames are super stylish and comfortable. You can tell the blue light blockers are legit the moment you take them out of the casing.
Noah was more than helpful, he responded straight away, with more than a concern for my needs but also went above and beyond when it came to his response and customer service skills.
I’ve been in customer service/hospo/retail my whole professional life and never have I ever felt so taken care of immediately for an online order.

So far, the customer service has been satisfactory, but I have yet to receive the eyewear and have been waiting for a considerable time. The shipping and tracking information seems quite basic and unhelpful. Currently, I'm not very pleased. I have doubts about whether the glasses will arrive and meet my expectations, but we'll see.
I stare at screens all day, naturally nowadays. Even while using eye comfort settings on all my devices, I started getting intense headaches stemming from my eyes. Eventually I got a pair of Syght glasses and haven't had any headaches or eye strain issues. I lost my first pair after about 3 months, so I just ordered another. They decided to include a complementary pair of glasses as well and honestly that's so helpful. I've never had glasses so I feel I will be prone to losing them again in the future. Great product, great results, great team!
I didn't know about blue light glasses till my dad mentioned them and he's 30 years older than me. These glasses have made me less paranoid about the exposure of the risks of blue light and being protected makes me feel like I'm wearing sunglasses.They are also scratch resistant which helps because it's q better investment than some cheap glasses.
I have not yet received my glasses, but the customer service from Leaf throughout the manufacturing process has been excellent. The team are very quick to respond to my questions and are going out of their way to ensure my prescription and glasses are tailored exactly to my needs.
Very happy with my variofocal glasses from Syght.. I was a bit apprehensive, as it was first time buying glasses online. The frames are excellent quality, prescription is perfect and they are comfortable to wear. The selection of frames is amazing and the price is a quarter of what I usually pay on the high street. I will definitely be back for more!!
They were not the glasses as stated. Self adjusting, put on you see clearly near or far. I put them on they were blurry, looked away still blurry no change in the sight of the 3ea glasses you sent. Very disappointed and unsatisfied.
I am absolutely dissatisfied that I was cheated out of my money. Unfortunately, after a month and a half, I still haven't received my glasses, even though I wrote to customer support and emailed them more than once.The last response was, "This is the first time this has happened to us, we will send you a new order number." After that, I received an email asking me to leave a review about the glasses THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE.
