I have signed up for the subscription service and for the first month all seemed fine. I didn't notice massive improvements but I know they say it can take longer, so fine.
But after about a month I felt worse, terrible bloating & nausea. I stopped and now feeling better.
I will try again in a few days but not sure if it's just not suitable for me or is this just a stage you have to go through?
