This is NOT a solution; it’s a way to avoid their legal obligations and keep customers waiting forever!The Reality of My Experience:Broken Promises: Multiple deadlines missed with zero accountability.Legal Default: I have formally placed them in default under Dutch Law (Art. 6:82 BW).Contract Dissolved: I have now legally cancelled the order (Art. 6:265 BW) and demanded a full refund of the €3,265.00 within 5 business days.If the full €3,265.00 is not returned immediately, I am handing this matter over to a bailiff (deurwaarder) to recover my funds plus statutory interest and collection costs.MY ADVICE: Don't let "bespoke" be an excuse for "never-ending delay." Save your €3,265.00 and shop somewhere that actually delivers what you pay for! 🚩🚩🚩
We've ordered a dining table online, created via the 3d configurator. We did not visit a showroom and only ordered some colour examples to decide on the right colour. The table is exactly how we designed it in the configurator! Great product quality! The delivery service was super. The experienced guys handled the table with care and gave us good instructions for use. We highly recommend Table du Sud!
We purchased a salon table from Table de Sud – Utrecht, expecting the same quality we saw in the showroom. While the sales process was smooth, the table delivered to us does not match what was presented or expected.The color variations in the showroom tables were much more subtle and smooth, whereas the table we received has a heavily filled, dark, and rough patch right in the center, which disrupts the overall look.Additionally, your website and sales team emphasize customization options, allowing customers to choose specific product types. However, we were delivered the wrong type twice, and the table had to be remade each time, significantly delaying the delivery process.Customers should be aware that the products shown in your showroom and on social media may not reflect what they actually receive. Unfortunately, given this experience, we cannot recommend your brand, especially considering the high prices.
We have a white wall in the living room, and the side table Chloe is the perfect choice. Great design, extraordinary quality of wood and finishing, definitely recommended for spaces where the table will have good visibility. I don't offer a 5-star rating to the product because of the confusion I had when placing the order. On the website table was promoted as available in 85 and 95 cm, and when I wanted to order it, I could only choose between 70 and 90 cm height. Via the customer service I cleared up that the height is actually 70 cm so I went further with confirming the order.
Excellent customer experience, even though we did not have an appointment, a customer representative took care of us very quickly. Our customer representative understood our expectations very well and completed the products and drawings we wanted as quickly as possible. Delivery time was a bit long, but it was worth the wait. They are also very responsive and quick with their service and support.
I love our chairs! They are so comfortable, but I already knew that after sitting on them for an evening at Henderick Bistro in Gouda. I took a picture, looked the company up, visited Table Du Sud, chose 2 colors and ordered them.The only downside is that it took quite a while before they arrived.
