Love the product. Service is awful. I placed an order on 1/8/26. Received an email notifying me my order was placed. Haven't heard a word since. I have emailed 3 times. I got a response to the 2nd email, and a "team member" will be in touch. That did not happen. I asked for a refund in my 3rd email, and have not heard back.

I wore this during a performance where I was sweating nonstop for hours and expected it to fail halfway through. It didn’t move even slightly. My skin usually reacts badly to adhesives, so I was nervous but I had zero irritation. Taking it off later was surprisingly gentle too.
I honestly went into this with pretty low expectations. I was just hoping it would hold things in place for a few hours, nothing more. But once I applied it, the first thing I noticed was how soft it felt. No pulling, no tight trapped feeling like I usually get. I wore it under a fitted dinner dress and at some point during the night I realised I’d completely forgotten I even had it on.
Ordered two packages of mouth on 8/31/25-emailed about missing order on 9/21/25-emailed again 9/25/25One package of mouth tape received on 9/26/25, clearly shipped from China. -emailed on 9/30/25 about missing package-emailed again on 10/22/25, still no response to any of my emails.
Update- after over 3 weeks, half my order arrived!! I contacted them several times about my other half, I then noticed they had taken another payment, I contacted them again and finally they answered telling me I had signed up for a subscription (who wouldwant 60 mouth tapes a month i dont know?) They then told me as i was cancelling my subscription i wasnt eligible for my other half of initial order despite telling me several times they had sent it!! Update the other half finally arrived 5 weeks later!! They though are a very rude company to deal with, Wouldn't recommend at all!!
