I had a very poor customer service experience when trying to switch my membership from a new account to my old account. When I signed up, I couldn’t see my past progress because I didn’t have an active paid membership, so I re-registered using what I thought was my primary email. Once I realized the mistake, I reached out to customer service to have the membership moved to my original account.I first contacted them around 4:00 PM on Sunday, August 10, 2025. The next response I received was at 5:00 AM on Monday, August 11, telling me I would need to make a new account. I sent four follow-up messages within the next 12 hours. The agent would send a brief reply and then disappear for about three hours each time. The issue was only resolved when I asked for a refund. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and helpfulness made for a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this service unless their customer service team significantly improves.
with all the competing / parallel priorities in the app process, it was super nice to have a program that did all the logistical work for you. It tells you exactly what you need to know and breaks it into a specific timeline to follow which saved me from a long mental and logistical process. did not see anything on the test sections I used TTP for that TTP did not cover.
TTP changes the way you think while solving a GMAT question. Reading the lessons and solving the extensive question bank provided by Target Test Prep helps you realize the mistakes you are most likely to make by observing patterns in which you could get a particular question wrong. GMAT is an exam that requires a robust strategy, and TTP's strategy game is spot-on!
TTP has a well-structured and comprehensive curriculum that really helped me master the topics tested on the GMAT, especially in quant. What I appreciated most was that it didn’t just walk me through the concepts, but also shared practical tips on how to approach problems more efficiently under time pressure. The bite-sized lessons, followed by targeted practice questions and chapter tests, really helped reinforce what I had just learned. I found the platform super easy to follow, and the progression felt very logical. Honestly, I wish I had started studying with TTP earlier, it would’ve saved me a lot of time and frustration.
The best thing about TTP is that it teaches you from the foundations. It assumes you know very little to begin with which I think is great. It helps you relearn the foundational concepts in the right way. I think TTP should be the default choice for every GMAT test taker.
I had an amazing experience with Target Test Prep. After three attempts at the GMAT Focus, I struggled to break through the 600 mark. After three months of focused study with TTP, I was able to achieve a 655, surpassing my goal. The structured curriculum, clear explanations, and extensive practice materials made a huge difference, and I feel much more confident in my GMAT skills because of this course.
I used the on-demand course, and it was instrumental in helping me master the EA. As a non-native English speaker, the video lessons not only improved my language skills but also gave me a deeper understanding of Quant, Verbal, and IR. In addition, the study tools, such as the personalized study plan, error log, and the option to build custom question sets based on weaknesses or difficulty, played a crucial role in keeping me focused and consistent with my daily study routine.
Overall, I’d highly recommend TTP! In just one month of focused study, I went from a 635 to a 685 on the GMAT Focus, and TTP was the key driver of that improvement. The platform gave me a systematic way of thinking through questions, which made a huge difference under time pressure. On Verbal especially, my efficiency improved noticeably—I was able to answer more quickly and with greater confidence after only a few lessons. The structured study path, clear explanations, and detailed analytics kept me on track and showed me exactly where to focus my efforts. If you commit to the process, TTP delivers real results.
I scored 170Q and 163V. I recently used Target Test Prep for the GRE, and it truly exceeded my expectations—especially on Quant. The program breaks each math topic into clear, bite-size chapters with a recommended game plan, so I always knew what to study and why. That structure helped me turn a long-standing weakness into a real strength. Explanations are straightforward, practice sets feel realistic, and the progression from fundamentals to tougher problems made the learning curve manageable rather than overwhelming. I also appreciated how easy it was to review mistakes and reinforce concepts before moving on. Studying isn’t exactly fun, but this was about as enjoyable and efficient as GRE prep gets. If you’re aiming to raise your score—particularly in Quant—I highly recommend TTP for its organization, depth, and results. It gave me the focus and confidence I needed on test day.
This course was huge for me in learning math. I hadn't studied any math for many years and I was able to start with a 162Q thanks to TTP! A few weeks later after hitting quant hard, I ended up with a 167Q! For someone in marketing this was incredible!
