Avoid doing business with this service, as they failed to deliver on their promises and then threatened legal action! We had agreed to initiate a trial campaign based on a pay-per-lead model with specific criteria confirmed in writing on a certain date: Territory: Scotland, Northern Ireland, ROI.
System Size: 5-10 handsets or 11+ handsets.
Contract Window: 12 months (systems) or 6 months (mobiles).
Unfortunately, the results were terrible. None of the leads provided met the established criteria. There was a clear lack of quality control, as 7 of the leads were outside the agreed territory. The remaining leads were either residential or there was no trace of the business. When we provided evidence to the service showing that these leads were invalid and argued that we shouldn't have to pay for non-compliant leads, they responded with threats of taking us to court.
I strongly advise against engaging with this service. They failed to deliver on their commitments and then resorted to threats of legal action! We had agreed to a trial campaign based on specific criteria, confirmed in writing. However, the leads provided were subpar, with many not even being in the agreed area. When we presented evidence that the leads were invalid, they threatened to escalate the matter legally.
I placed an order on February 27th, and tracking indicated it was getting ready the next day. However, there has been no delivery, and the tracking status remains unchanged. I've sent numerous emails and inquiries, but received no updates. This is very misleading, especially since they promised a 5-star delivery within 5-15 days. It's now approaching four weeks with no resolution!
