Tina was AMAZING!!!! Oh my goodness. She is the first tech representative who was concise and actually got to the bottom of my confusing issue. She talked me through options to find the account and used her incredible detective skills to figure out which phone was tied to which kid, under what mysterious email or phone number. It was crazy, confusing, and all over the place, but she solved it!!! I had my 3-year-old continually interrupting us, and she was even patient while my son lost his phone TWICE during our phone call. My stars. Tina deserves a raise!!! Thank you, Tina!!!
The Wisephone II is a great phone itself.

Customer service....frankly sucks. They have completely stopped reviewing third party apps for months now. Their billing system is a mess. They "issued" me a refund for the phone that I was not returning, then demanded that I had to pay them back. I asked for a few months of subscription for free to make up for the inconvenience. They offered me 2 months, but the last 2 months they still charged me, and I had to email them reminding them I was supposed to be comped the 2 months.
All customer service is by email, no one ever answers the phone and they refuse to call me back for an in person conversation.
Their emails always have excuses and never solutions.
The representative I interacted with provided outstanding customer service. Communication was clear, responses were prompt, and there was no unnecessary runaround. They genuinely cared about resolving my issue rather than just closing the ticket. Everything was explained clearly, without any attitude or generic responses. It was a display of true competence and professionalism. You can really see when someone takes pride in their work, and this representative exemplified that. The entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and exceeded my expectations. If customer service had a standard, this individual would set the bar for everyone else. They deserve recognition, whether that means a raise, a promotion, or even a chance to train others, because if more representatives operated like this, the reputation of customer service would greatly improve.
