Edit. After nearly a month I am still having to wait with no response to when they will pay my winnings. After being allowed to deposit multiple times as soon as I get a big win they refuse to process my withdrawal.Customer Support not helpful. I will not let this lie until i receive my money Edit:still waiting and given excuses yet i withdrew the same day with no issues .
The fact I have won over 1000 since joining this site a month ago and the withdrawal turn around less than 24 hours.did make this one of the best sites I have played the chat support lady (Adina) I have dealt with tonight was genuine and friendly and very helpful regarding how to verify my documents this regarding my latest win with her customer service skills and the fact I was dealing with a human and not a computer makes this THE BEST site I have ever played xAlthough I'm now panicking because I've seen all the comments below and when I tried to email the mattvip etc it knocked back saying failed to send.I still stick with my 5 stars but will feedback if I receive the money I won xNow the 20th still not received itJUST RECIEVED MY MONEY BUT NOW MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED
After making my first withdrawal all of my games have begun to say server error at random times resulting in me losing my spin outcome every time... Since this has happened I've had no large win and no bonus on any game. So basically if you hit a bonus or decent win they'll just force a server error to void your spin, obviously a disgusting loophole in the industry, won't be playing anymore!
Username: CharcheeSeems to be a recurring theme on these reviews. I made a withdrawal after being allowed to deposit multiple times. Then my account got banned and now they won’t pay out. Apparently I’d self excluded on other sites in the network. If this is the case why at least not refund the deposits, but keeping the deposits and withdrawals is disgraceful. This will be passed on to gaming commission as I cannot even get the complaints procedure from ted.Edit after their reply: they have not been in contact privately at all. I also have no issue if it’s a case of gaming safety. But either don’t take the money in the first place or either send me the winnings or the deposit. You can’t just keep both as a matter of ‘safety’.
(taylor11206 user name )So I've played ted bingo for a few years 100 pound wins 200 pound wins take a bit to revive .however this time I've won 2000 pound its now been a month .they have blocked my account I've sent my driving licence /bank statement bank card /selfi holding the card / another bank statement/ been on the phone more then 10times sent 9 emails and now they saying they can't find my account. Took a screen shot of the 2000 pound ref number before they blocked it as I knew I would have problems with it ! @tedbingo its taylor11206(update account now active still waiting on withdrawal to clear )is there any advise on here ??
