This is the worst delivery service imaginable! I received a notification on the day of delivery stating they would deliver between 9 AM and 9 PM! I was at work and discovered that the delivery address was incorrect. I reached out to customer support six times! They assured me that the address would be updated. Yet, they still returned my package to its origin. Now I'm left with no gifts for the holiday! Their chatbot support is truly terrible.

My package has been 'waiting for scheduled delivery' for 20 days. When I mentioned filing a claim with the sender, they abruptly changed the status to 'Delivered.' However, it was not delivered anywhere; I checked with neighbors, my mailbox, and local stores. Their customer support is also poor, providing only automated responses.
On my first delivery attempt, I was home, but they claimed I wasn't. The next two attempts were at 11 AM when no one was home, and subsequently, the package was sent back. They lack a pickup location and only deliver at inconvenient times. I strongly advise against using this service.
I ordered an item that was shipped via this service. They emailed me claiming it was delivered to my address, but I never received it. Since they marked it as 'delivered,' the transaction was finalized, meaning I still have to pay. I even paid extra for home delivery instead of a pickup point, yet I ended up with nothing. Thankfully, it wasn't expensive, but I'm now out the cost of both the product and shipping. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable!
Last week, I received someone else's package because they mixed up the barcodes. My package showed as delivered in their system. After several communications, they claimed they located my package and it was to be delivered again. However, the system says there were attempts, but the delivery person found my address closed. My location is a business open for 10 hours, and I was present the entire time. It took four days for the package to travel from the sender to them. It's been 12 days since then, and they still haven't delivered. I suspect they lost my package and are making excuses to avoid accountability.
This service is the worst—I'm serious! They keep sending my packages to random addresses and deny it. They have delivery scans but refuse to share them, making it impossible to reclaim my money from the seller. Their customer service is atrocious, constantly redirecting me without any real assistance, insisting that deliveries were made correctly, despite confirmation from others. Avoid this service if you need reliable delivery. They not only misdeliver but also refuse to acknowledge mistakes, making it hard to get refunds since they claim items were delivered.
