I ordered an exhaust system upgrade through a service on 23/12/2025 and it arrived very quickly the next day. However, after reconsidering, I decided it wasn't suitable for me and called to initiate a return on 5/01/26. I was told to expect an email link for the process. While I was abroad for a few days, I received nothing. Upon my return to the UK, I called again and spoke to a representative, which resulted in receiving an email. Unfortunately, despite multiple calls, I've been met with unhelpful responses, culminating in an inappropriate email from the sales chief, essentially dismissing my situation. This was an unopened package worth £800, purchased in good faith with the intent to return it in the same condition. Despite numerous follow-ups to the sales chief, I have not received any responses. I usually don't create issues and have returned items online without problems in the past. Regardless of the value, the principle of customer service remains crucial. I have found the level of care from this company and those I've interacted with to be quite disappointing. I'm willing to provide further information and will update once this situation is resolved.

This company has a great selection and decent prices, but their estimated delivery times are very misleading. I ordered a gear shifter at the beginning of October, expecting it in 3-4 weeks. After four weeks, I learned it was delayed, and after six weeks, I was informed of another delay. Now, entering week eight, there's still no response, and the website claims it’s out of stock. I understand it’s from Japan, but waiting 12 weeks is excessive. I requested a refund or an update since it was meant to be a birthday gift, which has now passed. Transparency regarding delivery times is necessary. I was considering more purchases, but my experience so far has deterred me.

I wouldn't shop anywhere else, and they have a welcoming facility for picking up parts. I highly recommend this company over others.
I purchased a clutch kit for my Honda Civic, and the pressure plate failed after just over 7,678 miles. It was the worst clutch experience I've had. To make matters worse, the supplier expected me to pay for the return of the faulty part!
